Sales
Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Contact new customers through social media, phone calls, events, etc. Invite them to the store to check our inventory
• Greet customers and provide an excellent, welcoming and satisfying experience to all of them
• Make sure our customers find the car they were looking for, and a financing plan that fit their needs
• Process all the documentation requested by Underwriting in appropriate and timely manner
• Assist our customers through the complete purchase and financing process, and even after closing the deal maintain communication with customers to promote recurrent business and referrals

Porter
Overall Responsibility
The Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to the maintenance and service of vehicles.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Assist with service and customer needs, transport customer as needed
• Inspect vehicles
• Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly according to dealership standards
• Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to storage
• Pick up parts from the Parts Department
• Assist with shop clean-up (sweep, mop, vacuum)
• Assist with deliveries and pick up parts when needed
Requirements
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work Saturdays, late shift and overtime
Mechanic
Overall Responsibility
